ECI (Explore, Create, & Innovate) is Tuskawilla Middle School’s signature Career Exploration and Entrepreneurship Program, grounded in design thinking, problem-based learning, and self-discovery. With advanced courses now beginning as early as middle school, students need meaningful opportunities to discover their interests before entering high school. ECI provides that space, inviting students to “try on” different careers, explore their passions, and build real‑world skills. 
Many adults discover too late that their chosen field isn’t the right fit; ECI helps prevent that by empowering students early. More than aprogram, ECI is a culture of curiosity, creativity, and purposeful learning at Tuskawilla Middle School. Below, you will find the course descriptions of all of our ECI classes students can explore while at Tuskawilla. Next to each course, you will also see the high schools in Seminole County that have similar programs.
